Big Horn Land & Estates started with a simple conviction: rural land—farms, hunting tracts, timberland, working ranches, and estate properties—requires a different kind of expertise than residential real estate. Different contracts. Different disclosures. Different due diligence. Different buyers. And market knowledge that only comes from years of working with land.

We saw landowners leaving money on the table because their agent did not know how to price a timber stand. We saw buyers closing on properties without fully understanding the mineral rights they did—or did not—acquire. We saw acreage evaluated against the wrong comparables because the land itself was not properly understood. We built Bighorn to change those outcomes.

The name comes from the land itself—the ridgelines, the remote terrain, and the places that reward the people willing to go find them. That is the land we represent, and we do it with the expertise, care, and respect it deserves.
